Job Description

A multinational interior fit-out company requires procurement officers with experience in the interior fit-out industry.

This is a key position reporting to the procurement manager that requires excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to meet procurement deadlines through proper coordination internally with the commercial department, and externally for the suppliers and contractors.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will be a graduate with at least 5 years experience in sourcing, tracking and control of interior decor material.
Proven track record in the interior design industry, procurement is a must.

Job Description

Preparing and plot architectural and interior design drawings
Preparing specifications based on technical knowledge, given information and/or sketch drawings
Preparing tender, construction, as-built & shop drawings for architectural and interior design drawings
Producing large scale documentation packages
Producing fully coordinated and accurate sets of drawings

Requirements

3-5 years’ experience in the same field
Expertise in AutoCAD
Excellent time management and organization skills
Excellent coordination and communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Experience working with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
Excellent mathematical ability and technical understanding
Extensive knowledge of materials and technical specifications related to interior design.
